    I worked at United Technologies

    Pros

UTC offers a diversified job opportunity. This company encourages individuals to excel and allows latitude to explor new ideas. Depending on your position you are continuously trained to move into new areas learn new technology, so as to provide for continuous improvements.

    Cons

It is rare to see executive and/or senior management associating with employees especially on 3rd shift.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Executive management needs to walk the production floor more and talk to the employees. If they associate and share company information they will see that most will provide ideas to improve production/safety and quality.
