I have been working at United Technologies

Awesome team mates, engaged leaders, lots of opportunity for advancement. Salary is good, most benefits are adequate, and the flexibility with time for office workers is a huge plus.

The health care coverage is declining in quality, and for a technology company I was hoping to see a higher level of investment into developing new technologies for the market

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lots of change happening in the organization, but it comes off with a haphazard appearance because the communication of the changes is often weak, late, or non-existent.

    Interview Details

Applied through a family member. Received an interview at their corporate offices in Hartford, CT. The interview lasted probably 30-45 minutes. Questions seemed more geared toward how well do you know your resume and getting to know you as a person. Was offered the internship a few weeks after the interview.
