I have been working at United Water (New Jersey) full-time (More than a year)
The Company provides plenty of room for growth, especially if one is willing to relocate. Leadership is keen to employees needs and provides a lot of room and opportunities for professional growth.
Having worked for smaller companies before, working for a company this big presents challenges with decision making. The corporate decision making hierarchy is way too long. It takes too long to get answers on important matters.
Advice to Management
The management provides a lot of motivation to the employees in many ways, tangible and intangible. The company needs to keep it up with its growth and expansion goals to grow into a major player in the utility industry

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Water (New Jersey).
Started with a phone interview. Background history, scenarios, and asked about computer experience. Both uys were very nice. The interview lasted about 35 minutes and would have bern shorter, but we started talking about non job related stuff. Very personable.

Some water businesses just seem to go along swimmingly. United Water is a part of global water player SUEZ Environnement, and is one of the largest water companies in the US. The company distributes water and provides wastewater services to about 7 million people, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers. United Water provides services through a number of utility subsidiaries and through its contracts with several municipalities. The company operates almost 250 municipal water systems and owns utilities in 20 states across the country.
