UEG had a professional setting, with a variety of departments working together in the customer service sector. Technical support was always timely (never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get a login reset or a computer up and running).Cons
UEG management was forceful and often disrespectful. Managers would often walk buy and "smack" employees chairs if they were not following protocol. Senior managment expected an awful lot of an entry level employee (at one point expecting me to drop out of school).
Company morality was also questionable at best. I didn't really enjoy my time there.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Offer incentives to employees. Take much more time training and explaining company philosophy and rational. Keep an eye on lower management and there roles and responsibilities.Doesn't RecommendDisapproves of CEO
