    Supportive colleagues at a non-mangerial level. Very engaged at student and PGR level.


    The culture is one of blame and unhealthy level of competition - this is something that comes right from the top. Only small pockets of collegiate culture. Overly bureaucratic processes.

    Advice to Management

    You run one of the top Universities in the UK - a huge employer and shaper of young minds! Take responsibility for challenging destructive behaviours of some senior academics and lead by example. Only then will the culture of the whole organisation begin to improve.
