    Pros

There was great institutional support, and the faculty I worked with were all exceptional and motivated. A great place to expand my teaching skills as a graduate student. Very reasonable expectations.

    Cons

The only major drawback to this type of job - which is true for all graduate student teaching positions I've come across - is the pay is fairly low compared to the expense of living in Vancouver

    Advice to Management

Keep on with the good work. Best place to be a TA that I've been, although I have heard other departments do not always have the same exceptional support that my department had.
