    I have been working at University of Calgary full-time (more than a year)


    great for skiing, great for staying since, people friendly, campus is nice, Banff, Jasper, Canadian rockies close by.


    cold in winter, housing crisis at the moment, large distances to travel, public transport not so good, isolated, not much in Alberta, reliant on oil and gas prices

    pay postdocs more

    The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at University of Calgary.

    Interview Details

    I applied the job via email. My work was briefly described in the email. After a few weeks, I was contacted to schedule an interview through internet/conference call. I was asked mainly about my previous work experience and there were some behaviour questions as well. After a few days, they emailed to offer the position to me.
