I have been working at University of Coimbra part-time (more than 3 years)

Beautiful, sunny and quiet city, and a workplace with over 700 years of history.

Mild corruption is not only common, it's completely tolerated by nearly everyone. Some faculties lack innovation-oriented research and are wary of change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Although things have been changing for the better lately, largely thanks to improved management from the current Dean, there are still several focus of concern, particularly with respect to some of the faculties' autonomous management.
