I have been working at University of Colorado at Boulder part-time

Student employment is generally very flexible, with supervisors understanding your priorities. Jobs in academic departments for undergrads are generally very relaxed.

Non-academic departments are hit or miss; Housing and Dining seems to be the worst.

Generally collegial audience for presentation, but I was subjected to immediate efforts to get me to take sides in departmental battles.
