At UD, it's easy to get a sense that you matter and that your job has merit. The people are wonderful and are genuinely interested in your success.

The ladder of hierarchy is sometimes confusing. There are a lot of people who have a lot of words in their job titles. It's hard to know who to look to for guidance in particular situations.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at University of Dayton (Dayton, OH) in March 2015.

The entire hiring process is typical for a faculty job interview process. The only difference is that they require a skype presentation before the onsite interview, which is different from most other universities that often use telephone interview first. People there are very nice and you will feel very comfortable during the interview.
