    Pros

Work/school balance very important, campus jobs were very flexible working around class duties (homework, extracurricular activities, etc.)

    Cons

Near minimum wage pay, but that is to be expected when you're working part-time while studying.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Perhaps better focus on turning the job itself into a learning opportunity, rather than just a way to pick up some extra cash for getting through college.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at University of Dayton (Dayton, OH) in March 2015.

    Interview

The entire hiring process is typical for a faculty job interview process. The only difference is that they require a skype presentation before the onsite interview, which is different from most other universities that often use telephone interview first. People there are very nice and you will feel very comfortable during the interview.
