Great working environment, friendly co-workers. Get to interact with bosses and advisers on a daily basis. Good pay rate for student teaching and researching assistants.

There is no cons that I have experienced thus far.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at University of Denver (Denver, CO) in August 2015.

First I was called for a brief phone interview. It was, somewhat oddly, a group phone interview with three people. I am normally great during phone interviews but hearing multiple, disembodied voices was difficult. Very shortly after I was invited in for an in-person interview. I was expecting to interview with the three people I spoke on the phone with, but when they let me into the interview it was a full round table of nearly everyone in the office—at least 10 people. I wish I would have been warned because is a very nerve-wracking experience and feels more like public speaking than an interview.
