    I worked at University of Evansville full-time for more than 5 years


    People who work at UE are great, and retirement benefit adds 10% to salary. Great work environment in many departments. Leadership is really working toward a good long-term vision.


    Compensation is not that high, and it's rough because of the challenges in higher ed right now. People are stretched thinner time-wise because of employee reduction through attrition.

    Everyone was great. Evansville is a good university. Small--- private, nice campus. Very homey feeling.
