    I have been working at University of Glasgow part-time (more than an year)


    You're treated with respect and the pay is generally higher than you would expect if doing a similar job out with the university. There is extensive training and flexibility with shifts.


    There's not much room to move up in the role.
    The job can be monotonous after a while and you can be met with a lot of animosity from the alumni when speaking with them.
