I worked at University of Hartford full-time (more than an year)

I worked with them for a short time and was always supported by the entire department. Some mid level management tried to ensured that professional needs were mostly met. Great working environment.

Salary was very little to start for the amount of responsibility, tasks and skills required for the job. Should consider salary review to attract more qualified applicants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support mid level department managers who lobby on behalf of great employees

    Positive Outlook
