    Pros

Great place to work. Very understanding employer, especially during exam times, would let us study on desk also. Very friendly co- workers.
    Over all - great place!

    Cons

Houston by itself, gets very hot during summer, so long summer hours to work might get a little boring, especially when the whole university has no students coming in.

    Advice to Management

No advice. Great management. They do what they do best. So, really no concern there. Like I said, good place to work, very supportive and everything. So thanks to that!

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at University of Houston.

    Interview

I was called by my department chair, who had been my professor while a student. She had supervised some of my research and actually recruited me. I was soon to be named a Clinical AP, but unfortunately, my area of discipline was moved to a different, difficult college.
