-Extremely friendly staff -Understanding managers -Interdisciplinary work -Patients are treated with respect -Regular hours
-Difficult patients -Doctors who don't understand the role of therapy at times or who constantly put orders in incorrectly -Weekend work usually required -Hospital was being renovated when I was there so this might improve, but some areas of the hospital just seemed very old and dingy (e.g. staff lounge, bathrooms, offices, etc.)
