I have been working at University of Oklahoma

    Pros

Great experience working as a GRA at OU. As a GRA, you will get a lot of training on the subject of your study. Get involved in how really projects are done in academy. A monthly stipend with tuition waiver will also release your financail burden.

    Cons

It is hard for a new graduate student to find a research project that he is really interested in. It's import for the supervisor to help the student to find a researh topic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No complain about the management. Great people and great environment. Really enjoy working in a University.

    Interview Details

Applied online and received an interview a week later. Once I acceptance the position my supervisor was very flexible with scheduling my work time so it did not conflict with my class schedule. There was a minimum of 10 hours or a max of 30 hours that a student could work.
