    Flexible Schedule, Tons of Resources Available, Up to Date Facilities, Professional Staff, Paid Training, Worker Accident Protection.

    Cons

    Work Nights and Weekends and Decrease in Work Hours July and August.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the part and full-time worker positions to keep talented people within the company to make it run more efficiently each year.

    Walked in, said I took the class and got an A, got the job. That was it. It may have helped that I had a friend who worked there, but even without that I would've just had to show some coding knowledge
