I worked at University of Redlands part-time

It was a nice easy gig with lots of opportunity to learn about the different equipment and customer service techniques.

Have to sit through a lot of boring events / deal with people who request the wrong equipment (such as frat parties or certain lectures).

    Advice to Management

Sometimes I think the experience could have been improved if there were more detailed work orders required

After submitting an application, the person contacted through e-mail and phone saying that they would like to have an interview. I had an interview via Adobe Connect.
