    The work environment is good and the colleagues are friendly and approachable. Brighton is a nice city to live. It is possible to strike a work-life balance.


    Not a lot of interaction with senior management though. Career progress opportunities are not clear until you make it a point of discussion. Non-academic career progression is unclear.
