I have been working at University of Tennessee part-time (more than an year)

flexibility, large employee base yet small community feel to give a sense of belonging. This is a great place to get lots of hands on experience, and build for my future.

As with many academic institutions, inter-departmental communication is not the best. There are people who resist any change, and push back against progressive policies without analyzing the problem.
