I have been working at University of West Georgia as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I loved that I was getting experience in my field before graduating. I didn't know what I wanted to do after graduation, and once I started my internship, I realized that I wanted a career at a place like UWG.

    Cons

There were really no cons. It helped to bring me out of my comfort zone, and forced me to embrace the parts of my future job that I wasn't sure that I was ready for.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at University of West Georgia in November 2013.

    Interview Details

I had 1 interview for the job position. It was a small group of 3 members of ITS, we sat down for about 45 minutes where they asked me general questions over IT situations, workplace situations, and team situations and how I would handle them.

They were very nice and calm in the interview process, overall I'd rate it as a good experience with the company and obviously good results as I am now working with them.

    Interview Questions
    • It was probably a questions pertaining to how I would handle a situation where it was a co-worker doing wrong and should I keep it to myself or notify my boss.   View Answer
