    Positive Outlook

I have been working at University of Wisconsin full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good school; lots of fun things to do around town. Usually, interesting people at school. Lots of libraries for which to work

    Cons

Work; the winters are brutal. The summers are quite nice though. The atmosphere is nice--air quality is high.

    Advice to Management

Management is political. Obviously can be improved but that requires legislative action. Who knows?
