    Talker on phone, set up,date for in person interview met with personnel from various departments within the organization talked about my prior experience with another financial institution. Said how my prior work would prepare me for the job the we're hiring for. They said exactly what they were looking for how the training they offered would prepare the person hired would be prepared for the position
