    Pros

A great supportive environment for first year teachers and those that are fairly new to the profession. Family/team atmosphere. Administration is very supportive. They provide many opportunities to move up into leadership roles and positions.

    Cons

substitutes are hard to come by and you are constantly having to cover classes during your much needed planning time

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uplift Education (Dallas, TX).

    Interview

I first applied online. I received an email from a recruiter a week later for a phone interview. After completing the phone interview, I didn't feel too good about it. Two days later I received an email with the next steps in the interview process. I was then contacted by the school I applied for to set up my second interview. Upon completing that interview I was offered a position a week later.
