    Nice team, work from home, easy to meet metrics

    Cons

    No raises. Ever. The customers for Bluefly are horrible and entitled, pain to deal with some, as in any organization.

    I applied online. The process consisted of a computer assessment, Rewards Redemption Specialist Questionnaire, typing test, and interview. The Company was nice in terms of updating you every step of the way in the process.
