I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Valley Financial (Scottsdale, AZ) in August 2009.

Started with a phone interview, asked two general questions about my resume and my interest in the company, then set up an appointment to come in. In the 1:1 interview, was taken to an empty room and asked two similar questions, then shown a packet of information outlining the training program. A second interview was scheduled.
