    Pros

Large size allows for upward mobility. Good people throughout the company with each branch operating as it's own company. Bonus structure encourages competition throughout company. Truly a leader in the industry with unmatched projects across the country.

    Cons

Pay rate does not reflect the philosophy of "taking care of their people". Lack of training means you must be organized and self-driven to succeed. Individual success is dependent on the success of co-workers. The merger with Brickman and numbers driven upper management may be the downfall of this company.

    Advice to Management

Recognize those that are driven early and guide them to succeed. Take care of your people financially. It doesn't matter how much people want to work here, if they can't afford to take care of their families.
