You get to work with a lot of great people! The company overall is very lean which can be frustrating but it also means you get to work on a wide variety of projects. It's a good challenge and you develop experience.
The hours necessary to meet expectations mean longer days. You will find a lot of frustrated people who feel unappreciated and unhappy with upper management's lack of communication and poor leadership. The company continually loses talented individuals without understanding why.
Advice to Management
There is a strong need for better communication. Upper management needs to provide mentoring and career guidance for younger employees. Management should also think on a more global scale (instead of just what's best for Minneapolis) and implement better reporting systems.
