    I worked at Valvoline full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good compoany overall good hours if you need then all the training you will ever need and people that will work with you to get the job done.

    Cons

    Bad Schelling no time off 37+ hours a week not much time off to make plans overwork the new people to test them.

    Very easy going just asked basic questions about experience and what you have planned for your future.No difficult questions were asked. Just wanted to see what experience I had and how I can apply it to Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
