I worked at Van Diest Supply full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The only decent thing about working here is the Paid Time Off program, which starts at 10 hrs of PTO/month

    Cons

The management has no idea in which direction they're headed. They are easily swayed by "Flavor of the month" management styles, which makes it near impossible to 1) know expectations, 2) meet expectations, 3)make your superiors happy with your work, since the goal is constantly changing every day, and sometimes hour by hour

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of your cliques, and get rid of the atmosphere that if personnel disagree with or aren't in "your club" then they don't belong.
