    So many different people to work with. Many of the customers truly appreciated our being there and staying late for them.


    No room to advance unless you had a degree, unwillingness to allow room for growth. If you inform management of misdeeds of others they would not do anything about it. When it came to upselling.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to what your rental agents are doing some are really good and some are really bad, but the bad ones are still there and some of your better ones have left.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vanguard Car Rental in January 2009.


    The biggest question seemed to be sell me something in this office. There was also a small typing test. All other questions were behavioral. The interview only lasted 20 to 40 minutes.
