    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Vanguard University.

    Interview

They asked personal questions such as, "what are you passionate about?" They also asked why I was interested in the position and why I think I'd be good in the position.

    Interview Questions

    • Vanguard has strict behavioral rules that the students must adhere to known as "contract." So one of the questions they ask is "have you ever broken contract?" I answered honestly (which was a yes) and I still got the position. I think they valued my honesty.   Answer Question
