I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Vantage Partners in August 2014.Interview Details
Applied online was contacted within two weeks by HR director for a phone interview, mostly reviewing my experience and interests.
After initial conversation with HR, had second phone interview with a principal of the firm who made sure to give me a great overview of the company, type of work, and different practice areas.
The next week I went into their office to go through 4 interviews, 2 of which involved a case/analytical exercise. 1 was with a partner. I was supposed to have a 5th interview but that person was unavailable, so the next week I went back in for 2 more interviews. Was called with an offer by the end of the week.
The overall experience was very positive, everyone who works there was very nice, answered all of my questions and made a great impression on me of their culture and explained the type of consulting work they do very well. After getting my offer, I was contacted by 5 of the people I had interviewed with to congratulate me and offer to answer any questions I had before making a decision.Interview Questions
