    Pros

VP buildings offers a good benefits package. Vacation/sick days, 401k, choice of medical coverage, Has a wellness program, a golf league, and supports the community. Pay is competitive, with pay for performance bonuses. Company has it's own software- and is adapting to new technology, and has in-house software support. Safety is a big concern.

    Cons

Training is minimal mostly learn as you go. Detailing is tedious, lots of paper trails when dealing with software glitches, or manufacturing. Mandatory overtime of 50 or more hours for months on end. Projects are scheduled right on top of each other, sometimes with unreasonable time frames.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Paper trails, unreasonable time frames, and complainers make moral low. The continuous overtime is a strain. Find more people and give more time for projects.

    Positive Outlook
