    Pros

    The flexible hours and ability to set your own schedule can be great. It's great knowing that the company stands behind their products 100%.

    Cons

    The hours can be very long given that most appointments occur after school or in the early evenings. The long drive times can be challenging as well.

    Advice to Management

    Better maternity leave coverage would be extremely helpful.
