I worked at Vegas.com full-time (More than 8 years)
As an employee at the company for 10+ years I think it's best to say that no matter what has befallen the management, economy and our overall industry, Vegas.com has always taken care of me and my job. They gave me advancement opportunities when they saw I was achieving success. There was quite a bit of independence and freedom in my overall career.
There has been change, no one is denying that. It's been rocky and we've been through a lot as a team. A big change in motivation, culture and overall strategic focus needs to be made to get everyone back on track and excited about being there again.
Advice to Management
New leadership is necessary and hopefully the acquisition will help with renovating employee relations.
