    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to management would not be advice, but more so appreciation for believing and standing by certain tactics in order to staff the best employees for this company. It was definitely an extensive hiring process but I appreciated every minute and everyone I had the pleasure of meeting. I'm thankful for this opportunity and I love everything Venterra practices and provides! Eastin, Candi, Miguel, Kim, and Dustin are such amazing people and it was such a pleasure meeting and interviewing with them all. I'm looking forward to growing with this company for many many many years to come!

    Property Manager Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Venterra Realty.

    Interview Details

The initial interview was with recruiting and was a traditional feel out the candidate interview to establish work history, skill set, and competency. The second interview is person with a manager or HQ person. The first part is a written test and is known as Venterra's "Culture Fit" interview process. After completing the test there is a one on one interview and the primary idea behind the interview is to make sure individuals personalities and values are aligned with the company's rather than determining skill sets and qualifications. Going the extra mile in customer service is the primary theme Venterra wants to make sure each employee values. This interview can be lengthy (mine was 2 hours) and involves questions that are pointed and some people think can be overly personal. The last part of the interview can be in person or on the phone and is the "second" opinion interview. Basically, if the first person likes the candidate enough they have a second person interview to get a confirmation.
