I have been working at Ventura Foods full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

overall good company to work for, good benefits, sick days and vacation time. HR does a lot of things for the employees and has an open door policy. lots of changes this last year, challenges for everyone going to the 24 hr operation but it's almost been a year and we are still pushing forward. See improvements on the lines being made, and that is good. team atmosphere on my shift...managment has changed a lot this last year but they are meeting and talking to us.

    Cons

we've had to work a lot overtime at times. machines breaking down can be frustrating but thats getting better now

All panel interviews. There is really only one guy in the room that matters during the interview and he will decide if you get the job. He will also be the most difficult to deal with if you do get the job.
