    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7+ weeks. I interviewed at Ventura Foods (Fort Worth, TX) in July 2015.

    Interview

    Overall the experience was okay. When I was contacted originally, I was given a salary range of 62K to 72K. I went through all the interview steps. However, I was asked for a copy of my current check stub for "comparison" purposes. After I sent a copy, I was offered a low ball offer of $57K. I immediately declined based on ethical premises. Lesson learned, do not provide a copy of any pay stubs or share current salary.
