Depending on where you work within the company you can deal with some awesome people and can learn a lot to progress a career.
The con is the opposite of the pro. Depending on which part of the business you work in, you can find our self with negative and challenging people. There is a lot of potential with ABB but doesn't appear to be integrated well enough to drive success.
Advice to Management
Keep positive. Be a good communicator. Align with owners, ABB. If the integration of Ventyx with ABB's business and sales matures, that would be cool.

This job is passed out by one professor in our school. They were looking for new Master graduates in power systems or control systems areas. I submitted my resume directly to the senior engineering manager and he contacted me about one month later. We scheduled a 30 minutes phone interview and the questions are mainly technical things
- Although they were looking for power system engineers, but I was rarely asked questions about power systems. Most questions asked are computer science related such as C++ programming, LINUX and so on. Answer Question
