    Pros

It is a fast paced environment, with a lot going on, I learned a lot and got very interesting things to do I enjoyed this internship very much

    Cons

There are lots of interns, only intern for one specific person so it limits learning a little bit but it provides very productive employees and interns

    Advice to Management

A compensation for being an intern would be nice, given that I get to do tasks that no one really wants to do, but I understand it is an internship position and the learning experience is irreplaceable.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Vera Wang.

    Interview

Basic interview questions. Interviewer had poor English which made it difficult. Asked mostly questions about my resume and past experience. Didn't ask if I had any questions. Wasn't overly friendly or excited to be meeting me. Was very bland. Not easy but not difficult.
