I have been working at Verified Credentials, Inc. full-time
I’ve worked for other companies that didn’t care about their employees and worked for managers that shouldn’t have been managers in my opinion, but that is completely opposite here. My manager is very approachable and personable, always there whenever needed, treats us with respect, and there have been instances when I’ve needed flexibility and it has been approved. I think managers are a representation of what a company stands for and its values and I’ve felt since day one that the company values its employees. They celebrate achievements and milestones with us as a whole, as well as recognize individuals for their performance. When I started working here it was such a positive environment and it still is to this day! I love the people I work with they are the best.
There has been lots of overtime this summer and everyone is expected to do their share and I think it has been kind of tough for some, but the company is flexible in how we can get the overtime hours in and I’ve worked here a number of years now and know there will be times when there is little overtime. I know we are growing, which is awesome (job security) and I personally like the opportunity for the overtime. This is the only think I could think of, which isn’t even about the company, but just the high workload now, and it really isn’t a con for me anyhow.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verified Credentials, Inc. (Lakeville, MN).
Typical three round interview. HR was intimidating but the interviews with other management was fine. The best interview was with the Senior VP of Operations. The guy was quite entertaining and enjoyable.
- Since this was a supervisor position, there were lots of questions on how i would handle trouble employees. Answer Question
