Verizon claims they have an excellent work/life balance which is false. If you are management your job is never safe.If you take maternity leave, expect to be punished when you return. I never had children, but many of my female co-workers who did were treated unfairly when they returned. Some even lost their jobs.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not a good system...several calls to and from recruiter, phone interview, group interview testing at facility, weeks later job offer depending you pass all requirements , BIG hassel .gettong all the info they require, no comunication then 2 days before start date they call you.
