    Excellent benefits and pay, great people, great work environment


    RIF's at least twice a year with no one examining skill sets or value to the company

    Really look at your employees hard before you let them go - you are losing far too many talented people that made your company profitable in the past

    The hiring manager will notify via email and phone to schedule a time to do technical interview. If all is well and qualified. They will schedule face to face structured interview. If you passed all the test then you have to work with HR to negotiate your salary.
