    Pros

Good people to work with and for, stable and secure job, lots of time off for the holidays, great office culture. Diverse work environment.

    Cons

I basically had to train myself. As someone who had never worked in medical software before, that was a challenge! Also, my managers were over-worked and didn't notice the hard work their employees were putting in.

    Advice to Management

Put a better training system in place, even out the work load among employees.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at VersaSuite in January 2014.

    Interview

When I arrived the interviewer was unprepared, seemed distracted or disinterested, and informed me that the starting salary for all new employees was 31K because "they have been burned like 20 or 30 times by people that couldn't do half of what they said they could do". The interviewer asked if I would be okay with that starting salary (under 50% of the local market value) and I said no. He shook my hand and wished me well. That was teh best part of the interview.

    Interview Questions

    • There really wasn't a difficult or unexpected question. The interview was very short. Probably less than 10 minutes.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

The starting salary was under 50% below the market value.
