I have been working at Viasystems full-time (less than an year)

Very good work environment, average benefits and good payment. I can work from my home with no problems and the shift hours are very flexible.

Company is still going through the growing pains of transforming its business model; new building, more paybills, workload is heavy and a lot of 'special projects' but still managable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work, way to go but we can make this ship to stay
