Viator’s global team of employees are passionate travelers and love what they do. We’re always on the lookout for smart and savvy people who’d like to come on board, whether your background is social media, finance, software development, customer service, merchandizing and marketing, sales, copywriting or a number of other fields.
Where do we do our work, you ask? We’ve got offices across three continents in four of the world’s most exciting cities: San Francisco, Las Vegas, London and Sydney. We offer competitive pay packages and benefits, and of course, paid time off so you can travel!
Sitting pretty just off the River Thames, our London office is near Lambeth Bridge and some of London’s popular attractions like the Houses of Parliament and Trafalgar Square. We’re also not far from the London Eye, which we love to ride, especially on our London Eye: Champagne Experience flight.
The inner suburb of Surrey Hills houses our Sydney office, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, pubs and Sydney’s latest phenomenon—pop-up bars. Its historical streets and alleyways are lined with heritage buildings and converted warehouses that are home to design firms, marketing agencies and new media companies.
Our Las Vegas office sits 15 minutes north of the Strip and is a quick drive from famous sites like the Bellagio, the Stratosphere and the Fremont Street Experience, as well as the new hub of cultural and artistic performance, the Smith Center.

I have been working at Viator full-time (more than 5 years)Pros
Fantastic product and ecommerce website. The people I interact with are bright and enthusiastic. Management has a strong sense of where they are leading to and many of them have been with the company for a long time (stable). WIth the recent sale to TripAdvisor there seems to be even more opportunities both internally and with TripAdvisor.Cons
The company is growing so quickly, there is sometimes a disconnect between people in different departments. Typical growing pains, I guess.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Communicate more across teams and offices. Only one member of your executive team really seems to make the effort to interact and he is not in the office muchRecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks – interviewed at Viator.Interview Details
Met with team members who ranged in attitude from bored to standoffish and rude. From research, and what I heard from some friends of mine who works= there, most of the team and like all leaders of the company have been there for a long time (like, 5-9 YEARS) so it seems very cliquey - perhaps people are just counting their days until the end, since they were recently acquired by TripAdvisor? Still, I was interviewed for a position that was open, so the outlook shouldn't be too bleak, unless leadership really has no idea what they are doing whatsoever? Anyway, I was uncomfortable for most the time and got the feeling that even the director of the team didn't know what she was interviewing me for. I hope it was just an "off" day for the Viator, since we all have those from time to time! Also, the phone calls I had prior to the interview were pretty smooth.Interview Questions

- The most difficult question I was asked was about analytics, but not because II don't have the background. It was just difficult to explain how I would use Viator's tools to measure success since the person who asked the question admitted thet were still trying ot figure that out thsmelves.
