    When I first started, they were still taking the entire company on a holiday trip. The last one was to Miami and it was a BLAST. Soon after, the co-founders left, new management came in and it was more about the bottom line than it was about taking care of the staff. The product was unique and the leader in the space. Most of the people were fantastic.


    One of the co-founders came back to run the company. He may be smart (?) but has almost zero interaction with a relatively small team. No emails, no video conferences, no face time. The company lost a lot of its heart over the years. Hours are 9-6p.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your people again. Lose the "hours". Evolve your story and your product offerings. Stop trying to be everything to everyone (programmatic was not a smart choice).

    Pretty painless, HR phone interview, hiring manager interview, in person interview. More focused on skills and how you'll fit into the culture over everything. There's a set personality that they look for and obviously set skills so come in being yourself and having solid experience in what they are looking for and you should do fine. Plus the office is cool so it sets the stage for open atmosphere
