    Good salary, good benefits, but that's all dependent on who they are contracting with. Minimal contact with management could be considered a good thing in this situation.


    No contact with management except when they are upset about something. They even hid the fact that the company they contracted with was about to go on strike. Later they concealed the fact that they were losing the contract. When that became public they threatened anyone who considered interviewing with the new company. They also almost got in hot water for hiring athletic trainers as salaried, but compensating them as hourly including hours/time away.
