    Pros

Videon let's you be yourself. Even better, they let you become the person you've always dreamed of being, and help you achieve it. The CEO and upper management are some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and I feel honored to work for them. In addition, some more benefits to working at Videon include catered lunches 3 days a week, dogs in the office, and an easygoing dress code.

    Cons

    You have to wear pants.

    Application

I applied through college or university – interviewed at Videon in October 2014.

    Interview

Applied through campus and had a phone interview with 5 engineers at the same time for 40minutes. There were two people with the same first name and confused me when they were asking questions. When I was talking about my experiences they discussed with other interviewers and as a finished each questions I waited for a long time time for their responses.
