    I worked at Vimpelcom part-time


    The best thing about working at Vimpelcom I think is training. you learn a lot about working with people and understanding their needs. Also you learn a not on a job.


    The most difficult is to work with clients by cold calls, because they don't expect you to call them. So sometimes they get really angry and don't want to talk to you at all. But you still need to sell them your services. So the work could be sometimes really stressful.

    Interview Details

    5 stages. 1) CV and application
    2) English test. Test for knowledge of basic telecommunication concepts.
    3) Reasoning test
    4) Business game
    5) Interview top managers

    Interview Questions
    • The business game stage was the most difficult. It involved group case discussion and presentation. Among around 30 participants you should be like in top 3 in order to pass to interview stage.   View Answer
