    I have been working at Vinci full-time (more than 3 years)


    You can get great responsabilities even if you have few experience.


    Typical French group : too many decision takers, few decisions...
    It's possible having initiatives in Vinci, as long as you don't expect to see them employed.
    There is a lack of formating : noone has the sensation of being part of one group except of a constellation of small companies forced to live together.

    Clear and assumed Real Estate Strategy remains to be built...

    Very classical process : online ad, send your CV, fix a meeting, 1to1 interview with the Executive Director.
    Interview last 40 minutes, as my background was familiar to my interlocutor, we could focus on projects I'll maage and orgnaisation to come.
